Founder & CEO, Ms. Shaina Renee
Ms. Renee, originally hailing from Chicago, has built a remarkable career that spans across the globe. Her professional journey has taken her from New York to Italy, Paris, China, and beyond, enriching her with a diverse and international perspective. Throughout her career, Ms. Renee has collaborated with prestigious modeling agencies, including Elite Model Management, Brave Models Milan, and D&A Models Cape Town.
Her impressive portfolio includes partnerships with leading brands such as Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom, Kate Spade, and Project Runway. Her work has graced the pages of renowned magazines like Forbes, Vogue, Cosmopolitan, and Papercut, showcasing her extensive impact on the fashion industry.
Academically, Ms. Renee holds two degrees—one in Business and another in Hospitality Management. In 2014, she founded The Model Knowledge Group (TMKG), an initiative dedicated to providing a more inclusive platform for emerging talents who have been overlooked by the fashion industry. Through TMKG, Ms. Renee continues to champion innovation and opportunity in fashion, reflecting her commitment to empowering the next generation of models and creatives.

For years, diversity in the fashion and beauty industry has often been constrained. At our agency, we are dedicated to changing that narrative. Our mission is to create a platform where creatives, models, and influencers from all backgrounds can collaborate with innovative and inspiring brands. We achieve this by organizing fashion shows, hosting workshops, launching marketing campaigns, and offering a range of other opportunities.
